Painter
A leading property management company in Concord, NH is looking for a Painter to join the team! You’ll help take care of one of their local apartment complexes. If you’re looking for something entry level and are willing to take on additional tasks with plenty of training, then don’t hesitate to apply for this direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities of the Painter
- Paint apartments in preparation for new tenants
- Paint signs, fences, and other outdoor fixtures
- Help remove snow in winter
- Train to occasionally assist tenants with issues (e.g., locked out, clogged sink)
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required
Qualifications of the Painter
- Previous experience with painting and/or other physical labor is a plus
- Flexible with work tasks
- Willing to learn
- Personable demeanor and good customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, plus one week of on-call duty every 3-4 months on a rotation. Pay depends on experience, ranging from $17-$19/hour.
