Production Associate – 2nd Shift
Our growing Dover, NH client needs a Production Associate for their 2nd shift team. You’ll work in a clean space to help make high-performance products. This full-time role includes opportunities for advancement and great benefits upon hire. Responsibilities of the Production Associate – 2nd Shift
- Help set up production equipment
- Assemble products
- Ensure high product quality at all times
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Perform additional tasks as assigned or required
Qualifications of the Production Associate – 2nd Shift
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Creative thinker with a high level of initiative
- Strong multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of achieving measurable goals
- Willing to work extra hours when needed
- Good grip strength and upper body strength
Training will take place on first shift working Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, before moving to second shift hours of Monday through Friday from 2:00pm-10:30pm. There is potential for some overtime as well. Pay starts at $19.50/hour during training and increases to $20.50/hour (including 5% shift differential) plus 15% bonus and 20% company-funded profit sharing upon hire. You will also receive a 10% raise once you complete vertical oven training. We look forward to hearing from you about this Production Associate opportunity!
