Tired of billing? Tired of just working up cases and not getting to even attend the trial? Westside personal injury firm is seeking a motivated 1-5 year attorney looking to enhance or obtain trial experience. Some of our recent associates came over from “big law” and “defense” and have tried multiple jury trials in their first 2 years with the firm and haven’t looked back. Trial experience or trial work up is preferred but not required. Competitive salary, benefit, bonus and referral package. Big Law defectors, defense attorneys and lateral PI attorneys are welcome.
PREFERENCES:
- Experience in both taking and defending depositions of parties, including witnesses and experts.
- Experience in preparing various pleadings, law and motion, propounding and responding discovery, meditations, arbitration, etc.
- Experience in trial preparation (Deadlines, Trial Binders, Jury Instructions, Motions in Limine, Expert Designation and Depositions, Exhibit & Witness Lists) is a plus!
- Candidate must be personable, motivated, a self-starter. Must be able to work well in teams, be able to take ownership of files, and be committed to helping clients.
- Candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Salary, bonus and referral structures are competitive and based on experience and background.
