Ledgent is partnering with one of Portlands largest employers to find a temporary (to hire for the right candidate) Cash Applications Clerk. This organization is well known and a great brand to add to your resume, the hiring manager is collaborative, friendly and compassionate and people love working with them.

The role is hybrid with three days onsite in their downtown office each week.

As the Cash Applications Clerk you will be responsible for:

• Posting daily cash receipts and ensuring all payments and invoices are applied to the appropriate customer account
• Monitor unapplied cash and perform necessary research to correct as needed
• Help create monthly reporting for the sales team
• Partner with accounting on month-end close duties
• Additional duties as required
