They are seeking a visionary IT Director to spearhead our technology division and drive strategic initiatives. As the IT Director, you will lead the charge in optimizing our e-commerce platform, enhancing backend integrations, and fortifying our IT infrastructure. This pivotal role demands a blend of technical prowess, leadership acumen, and business savvy, collaborating closely with Operations and Finance to propel our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Platform Mastery: Lead the optimization of our Shopify-powered e-commerce platform to elevate user experience and propel sales growth.
• Seamless Backend Integration: Architect and implement robust integrations across OMS, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
• Frontend and Backend Brilliance: Oversee development efforts to squash bugs, introduce new features, and ensure peak performance and stability.
• Inspiring Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a talented team of developers and IT professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive strategic projects forward.
• Innovative Technology Roadmapping: Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology roadmap that leverages cutting-edge solutions to strengthen our competitive edge.
• Vendor Relationship Guru: Cultivate strong partnerships with external vendors and service providers to deliver top-tier solutions and services.
• Robust IT Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous IT governance policies to safeguard data security, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risks across our IT landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Seasoned Leadership: Minimum 8 years in IT leadership roles, with a solid track record in e-commerce, backend integration, and web development.
• E-commerce Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms, from setup and customization to optimization.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of frontend (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) and backend (Node.js, PHP) development technologies.
• Leadership Excellence: Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic Vision: Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Cross-functional Experience: Experience collaborating closely with Operations and Finance teams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
