Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle OIC Developer with a strong background in Oracle AFCS, SQL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Oracle applications to support our business needs.

This is a direct hire position that will be 100% remote and pay between $120,000 and $140,000 (could exceed $140,000 annually depending on years of experience).

Essential Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain Oracle applications using SQL and OIC.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle applications.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in development processes.
• Implement and consume REST APIs within OIC integrations.
• Implement and consume SOAP APIs within OIC integrations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:

• Experience querying Oracle-based objects and tables used to store data.
• 4 years of experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• 4 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, including Core HR, Payroll, and Time and Labor.
• 4 years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience, including EPM and cloud financials.

Communication Skills:

• Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English with employees and customers.

Systems and Software Skills:

• Strong expertise with Oracle AFCS, SQL, and OIC.
