JOB DESCRIPTION

Project : Identity & Access Management (IdAM) Enhancements

Project Driver : Innovation and Risk Management

Project Description : Consolidate and optimize directory services infrastructure

  • 5 years of experience in an IT project manager or similar role.
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems or related IT Field.
  • Previous financial services industry and big-5 consulting experience is a plus
  • Prior hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Active Directory in an large, enterprise environment. Must have a strong technical understanding of AD architecture and operations at scale.
  • Experience managing large-scale Microsoft Active Directory projects, including significant implementations, migrations, or consolidations.
  • Previous experience engaging with business partners and application administrators to influence and guide their integration with and utilization of Active Directory.
  • Experience in enterprise environments utilizing both Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID simultaneously.
  • A broad practical understanding of Identity and Access Management is helpful, including authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.
  • Be able to drive the project from technology perspective - Define activities, connect the dots, identify gaps, and drive output to achieve project goals.
  • Quick learner of PL technology environment and able to apply existing knowledge to project roadmap.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, great verbal & written communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies & frameworks, including tools, techniques/templates, processes, and governance practices.
  • Manage all aspects of a project to execute against the plan - including managing risks and mitigation plans, tracking progress, reporting status, handling changes, facilitating issue resolution, and communicating decisions.
  • Lead and manage the overall strategy, approach, planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts including charter, budget, schedule, status reports, change management plan, and RAID log.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery or quality.
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives and expectations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to project team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated consultative mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to identify solutions, evaluate alternatives and make sound decisions.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex topics in a clear and efficient manner.
  • Knowledge of IT topics such as infrastructure, software development and technology solutions commonly used in the industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
  • A passion for learning and a desire to grow.
  • Ability to apply new skills quickly while dealing with ambiguity.
TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have
