Looking for a Service Desk Technician II to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. Stellar communication and articulation are required. Must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
Requirements:
* 3 years L2 technology support (junior system administration is ideal).* Proven experience as a Service Desk Technician II. Ideally in a MSP environment
* Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
* Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
* Proficiency in English.
* Excellent communication and articulation skills.
* Customer-oriented and ability to work well under pressure.
* General Experience with Server Environment.
* Install, Configure and Troubleshoot.
* Microsoft Windows 10 Configuration.
* Remote Desktop Services experience.
