Competitive compensation Responsibilities:

• Process payables for multiple vendors
• Process multi-entity transactions
• Ensure compliance per each entity
• Multi-entity AP & AR
• Process bills
• Posting transactions
• Following up on pending transactions and payments
• Prepare general ledgers and journal entries
• Prepare quarter-end and year-end closes
• Assist in the preparation of financials
• Assist in the preparation of capital calls and distributions
• Assist with year end and annual budget
• Special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in AP or AR preferred
• Excel experience required
• Shared services experience preferred
