Ledgent is partnering with an innovative organization in Clackamas who is looking for their next AP Specialist! This is a direct hire on-site role for a medium-sized company that will pay up to $33 an hour for the right candidate.
Essential Functions:
- Review invoice scans and enter data into accounting system with accuracy
- Complete batch imports for AP entries
- Timely research and reconciliation of vendor discrepancies
- Communicate with internal and external partners for missing invoices
- Provide top-notch customer service to customers
- Create route operational and ad hoc reports as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of accounting experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience working with SAP
- Accounting degree or equivalent preferred
