We are seeking an Assistant Controller in Vero Beach, FL.

The ideal individual will have the ability to manage and lead an accounting team.

Prior management experience is highly desireable.

Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis
• Cost accounting
• Variance reporting
• Reconciliations analysis
• Preparation of tax returns
• Month end / year end
• Quarterly audits prep
• GL Reconciliations
• Oversee AP, AR
• GAAP and compliance
• System software implementation as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior supervisory experience
