Privately held Real Estate company in North OC is looking for an experienced Controller. This position will oversee the accounting operations. Direct budget preperation. Financial reporting. Support month end/year end close.

The ideal candidate will have the following

• Proven track record in a leaderrship role- 3 years
• Experience in Real Estate is a must
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a huge plus
• Advanced degree is highly preferred. CPA or CMA
• Strong technical skills- Great Plains is a huge plus. Strong Excel is a must

This position is 100% in-office
