Primary Purpose of the Job: The Senior Accounting will be responsible for overseeing, adjusting, and reviewing all aspects of the company's financial performance. This role contributes to the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP standards.

Responsibilities:

• Month-End Closings: Perform month-end closings of various financial accounts, including warranties, fixed assets, accounts receivable (A/R), and accounts payable (A/P), in accordance with GAAP.
• Support A/R and A/P: Provide support and coverage for A/R and A/P employees, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of transactions.
• Invoice Management: Oversee the collection of payments and warranty invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Payroll Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR department on payroll processes and provide payroll backup as needed.
• Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements by inputting all monthly adjustments into the system and creating balance sheets and income statements.
• Warranty and Refund Management: Review circumstances related to warranties, customer refunds, and returning parts to inventory. Strive to continuously reduce and close open issues.
• Communication Management: Maintain effective communication between company and the Head Office abroad , customers, and vendors regarding ongoing financial issues. Assist other departments in resolving these issues where necessary.
• Liquidity Planning and Forecasting: Develop liquidity plans and forecasts for office and the Head Office abroad, ensuring adequate cash flow and financial stability.
• Year-End Closing and Audit Management: Manage the year-end closing process and coordinate financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Experience: Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in financial management.
• Analytical Ability: High level of analytical ability with strong problem-solving skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP and Great Plains is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
