JOB TITLE: Supervisor, Protection and Control

Work Hours: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Summary: Directly accountable for the development and execution of the System Protection (Protective Relaying) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) philosophy for the organization.Supervises and provides technical directions to a team of engineers and technical resources responsible for performing work activities that support the operation and performance of the electrical infrastructure, including transmission, substation and distributions facilities.Supervision includes, but is not limited to, work assignment and management, technical mentoring, technical review and approval of work products, employee training and development, and performance management. Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and corporate standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.Serves as the organizational expert for System Protection and SCADA.Position Responsibilities

Employees are required to participate in the response/recovery activities related to emergencies/disasters to maintain service to our LCEC members.
