Position Title: Technical Coordinator Department: Engineering & Services Division

• *MUST HAVE REQUIREMENT: FLUENCY IN KOREAN - BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL

Location: Irvine, CA

Role Overview: Our client seeks a dedicated individual to join our Technical Coordinator Team. The ideal candidate will efficiently compile and organize data, create management reports, and act as a bridge between the Irvine office and our headquarters overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with various team members regarding product issues, updates, and new developments.
• Distribute updated technical information to Technical Managers and team members regularly.
• Assist with quality control, including testing returned units/parts and addressing field-reported issues.
• Research market developments and regulatory changes to aid product development.
• Support the testing and operation of prototypes and new installations in the field.
• Visit residential and commercial sites to provide technical and translation support.
• Enhance existing technical information, communications, and processes (manuals, bulletins, training, etc.).
• Maintain open communication with other departments and sales representatives to resolve issues.
• Purchase HVAC-related equipment and parts as requested by headquarters.
• Coordinate high-priority domestic and international shipments using various shipping methods.
• Use SAP and proprietary software to gather data, support team members, and update product information.

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of hands-on technical experience. (mechanical or machinery aptitude and experience is a must)
• Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over two years of experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry or related field.
• Ability to translate technical documents from Korean to English.
• Familiarity with Korean work culture.
• Experience with SAP software.
