Responsibilities

• The Acquisition Associate will work on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, development, joint ventures, and business plan execution
• Real estate asset valuation analysis of multi-family housing acquisition, rehabilitation, and development on a national level
• Support all phases of project from sourcing through stabilization
• Perform analysis of complex partnership agreements and cash flow waterfalls
• Various analyses to assist in making investment decisions
• Assistance with due diligence and execution of transactions
• Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use

Requirements

• 5-6 years of progressive acquisitions experience in commercial/industrial is a must
• Bachelor's degree
