Leeds Professional Resources is Hiring a Case Manager - Personal Injury Near Miami, FL

A well-established law firm with a solid client base is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager with at least 3 years of personal injury experience. The successful candidate will handle pre-suit personal injury claims from inception, involving extensive contact with clients and medical providers. We offer excellent and personalized attention to every case, ensuring a professional and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents
  • Enter pertinent information into the system
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, adjusters, and medical providers
  • Manage the medical care of clients
  • Explain procedures and forms to clients
  • Prepare documents and correspondence
  • Collect documentation of all damages sustained by clients
  • Organize and maintain case files

Qualifications:

  • Previous personal injury experience required
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent people skills for extensive client contact
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
