Our client is looking for a strong contracts paralegal to join their growing team here in Miami.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase and sales contracts.
• Generate sales status reports.
• Maintain real-time status reports, including buyer deposits.
• Organize and manage contract records on the server.
• Support the in-house sales team, project managers, and Director of Sales to ensure effective project execution from inception to completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of real estate sales and purchase contracts.
• Proficiency in common office applications.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety, and environmental regulations and laws.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
