Leeds Resources is working with a client in the Sarasota/Bradenton area that is looking for a Director of FP&A for their Supply Chain team.

• Develop and oversee the supply chain FP&A processes, including monthly performance, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
• Lead the communication of financial and operational performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Identify areas of opportunity and risk. Collaborate with supply chain finance leads to identify and develop strategies for improvement.
• Serve as a strategic business partner providing financial expertise and support in decision-making processes.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership including board and lender presentations.
• Continuously review and enhance financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a high performing finance team providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
