Job Summary:

The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to target large real estate developers. This role requires a strong product knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to target large real estate developers.
• Client Relationships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
• Product Promotion: Position and sell our products or services to real estate developers, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Sales Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
• Sales Performance: Track sales performance and analyze market trends.
• Industry Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and influencers.
• Operational Oversight: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, training materials, and processes to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the real estate development industry would be preferred.
• Proven track record of success in selling products to large organizations.
• Strong understanding of the real estate development industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
