Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated District Manager to oversee and manage multiple properties within Marco Island to Venice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and financial success of each property (HOA and condos)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee property maintenance, including repairs and renovations
- Handle tenant inquiries and issues, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct property inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for services and supplies
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management
- Utilize administrative skills to handle documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Utilize software for property management tasks
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
Skills:
- Experience in property management 7 years (HOA, condos, and food & beverage)
- CAM license
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and contractors
- Experience in filing and maintaining organized records
- Administrative skills for managing property-related documentation
- Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities
- Exceptional customer service skills for tenant interactions
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
