Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and possess excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing laws
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and maintenance
- Conduct property inspections and oversee move-in/move-out processes
- Prepare and execute leases, renewals, and rent increases
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Strong customer service and conflict management skills
- Ability to manage contracts and vendor relationships effectively
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software
- Understanding of property maintenance best practices
