We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of our industrial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and background checks
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and enforce lease terms
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit refunds
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and property performance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or related field
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Yardi)
- Experience in facilities management and overseeing maintenance operations
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and procedures
