Exciting opportunity to join an established and growing real estate investment firm headquartered in Miami. This role will report to the director of acquisitions and will be a key player in underwriting new deals and various related financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, develop detailed knowledge of targeted markets and present to senior management
• Create financial models and discounted cashflows for new acquisitions
• Underwrite multifamily and other real estate asset classes
• Assist with investor reporting
• Create waterfall models
• Various related responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (masters preferred)
• 1-3 years of related real estate underwriting experience
• Strong experience in financial modeling (Argus and Excel preferred)
