Senior Litigation Associate:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload, conduct depositions and site inspections, attend court hearings, and assist in trial preparations, demonstrating exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions
• Perform site inspections
• Represent clients in court hearings
• Handle discovery processes
• Participate in trial preparations and proceedings

Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar
• 4-5 years of experience in litigation, specifically in construction defect, auto/trucking, or general liability defense.
• Strong academic background
• Exceptional writing and analytical abilities
• Proven ability to manage a personal caseload
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic to excel in a fast-paced litigation environment
