Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Financial (SEC) Reporting, to oversee and manage our SEC reporting process. This role involves preparing and filing periodic financial reports, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, and providing accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other required reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Manage the quarterly and annual external reporting process, including drafting and reviewing financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful completion of audits and reviews, and address any audit findings.
• Stay current with new accounting standards and SEC regulations, assess their impact on the company's financial reporting, and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications, to ensure consistency and accuracy in public disclosures.
• Lead the preparation of earnings releases, investor presentations, and other external communications related to financial results.
• Implement and maintain internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support for complex transactions and ensure appropriate accounting treatment.
• Mentor and develop a team of financial reporting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to financial reporting and analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting, with a strong background in SEC reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing SEC filings and financial statements.
• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
