Exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing manager to join an established and growing company based in Miami. This position is responsible for the planning, delegation, and implementation of all marketing activities for the firm and very strategic role. Strong opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative strategy, development, and execution of multi-platform brand marketing campaigns that run across a variety of channels including TV, web, digital, email, print and social
• Champion the B2C brand event strategy and calendar, overseeing all aspects of customer-facing events from planning through execution to generate brand awareness and hyper-local engagement
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, agencies, and vendors to ideate partnerships and partner cross functionally
• Develop and manage all event-related planning and logistics, as well as marketing tactics, media, and promotional activities to drive awareness
• Ensure corporate branding experience, signage, materials, collateral, etc. are consistent and meet brand guidelines
• Optimize SEO
• Manage marking KPIs
• Partner on a day-to-day basis with outside agencies/vendors and internal creative services team to maximize the quality and effectiveness of the work
• Provide post-event/campaign recaps and monitor overall performance with recommendations to improve and maximize results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience in Marketing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
