Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sous Chef at Leek & Thistle located in downtown Richmond, VA. Leek & Thistle is a prepared food company specializing in ready-to-heat upscale meals. As an Assistant Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. You will work closely with the small team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and the timely execution of large scale production. Attention to detail, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
This is a weekday, day time position with no evenings or weekends.
