Family Office Relationship Manager at Leading Multi-Family Office

We have an immediate need for a Family Office Relationship Manager to join our Family Office Services team. This full-time, in-person position will report to our Head of Family Office Services and work collaboratively across an integrated, multi-disciplined team.

The successful candidate will make a direct and positive impact on the firm, our team and culture through their expertise, dedication, and passion—delivering meaningful and measurable results in the consistent delivery of an exceptional client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary areas of responsibility will include serving as a relationship manager and subject matter expert in assisting high-net-worth families from an income, trust and estate, and tax planning perspective, successfully developing strong ties with clients to deliver a full suite of wealth planning and family office services. Additionally, the Family Office Relationship Manager will serve as a liaison to third-parties, including attorneys, tax advisors, insurance brokers, security providers, and concierge companies to help drive core projects to completion on behalf of our clients.

  • Provide high-touch, proactive support in delivering solutions for all aspects of the client relationship
  • Deliver timely communication and execution of legal and tax strategies, including preparation of documentation related to wealth transfer strategies, tax planning and payments, asset protection and insurance, and philanthropic initiatives
  • Produce accurate, timely documents with the highest level of attention to detail
  • Adapt a personal communication style tailored to meet the varied needs and concerns of different audiences, both internally and externally
  • Execute on bespoke client requests, including unique projects in collaboration with other team members and external third-parties
  • Partner with internal teams to execute new client onboarding and account transfers, and support account updates and related tasks
  • Leverage existing client relationships and networks, as well as cultivate new opportunities, in pursuit of new client acquisition
  • Engage in the presentation of the Legacy Bridge Private Family Offices brand, its capabilities and services to both clients and prospective clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Industry certifications and designations, such as CTFA or CFP, among others, is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, organizational and client service skills
  • A sense of humor
