The main function of the Marketing Director position is to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of all the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. This position is responsible for ensuring the marketing development and implementation is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
In This Role You Will

• Develop strategies for Legacy Communities media and public relations, advertising, social networking, external communications as well as market and customer research.
• Assist with creating policies/procedures and training materials used to implement the use of marketing materials.
• Work with third party website vendor to update and manage our company website.
• Create and implement property level plan-o-grams and company brand book.
• Assist with the design and preparation of property level marketing materials.
• Manage third party vendor to design new property signage.
• Manage and place on-line marketing campaign with partner vendors to drive traffic to our website for the purpose of selling homes. Manage spend on google ad words.
• Implement reporting and metrics to measure the success of our on-line marketing programs and conversion of leads to home sales. Assist with understanding the life cycle of leads, cradle to grave.
• Source and manage relationships with multiple platforms used to list manufactured homes for sale.
• Research, implement and use a third-party application to assist us in managing our online reputation.
• Manage social media platforms and ensure google local is updated and controlled by Legacy.
• Creating email blasts for available listings and distributing them through the appropriate channels.
• Assist with developing and managing the marketing budget.
• All other duties as assigned.

Role Qualifications / Skills/ Abilities

• bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• At least three (3) years of marketing and leadership required.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
