Job Description:
·Dental Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the office, including: reception, scheduling, treatment coordinating, staff schedules, billing, posting insurance, insurance claims, inventory management, and other clerical duties. Open Dental.
·Assists with the creation and implementation of a professional work environment.
·Assists with the implementation of a professional appearance.
·Maintains an organized filing system to support day-to-day operations.
·Coordinates and manages all office correspondence.
·Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
·Assists in maintaining public relations by promoting positive relationships with patients, vendors, employees, and community organizations.
·Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
·Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred. College Degree preferred in related field.
·Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar role required (dental industry required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.65 - $33.00 per hour
