_Farm Laborer_

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Laborer to join our team for our Garlic harvest. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various farming activities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic agricultural environment where you will contribute to the care and maintenance of crops, livestock, and farm equipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, possess strong work ethic, and be willing to perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.

**Duties:**

- Assist with animal handling, including feeding, watering, and monitoring livestock.

- Participate in growing activities such as planting, weeding, and harvesting crops.

- Pulling, cleaning, and sorting garlic.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in farm facilities.

- Support greenhouse operations as needed.

- Demonstrate equine knowledge for tasks related to farm equipment if applicable.

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain farm machinery.

- Assist in irrigating fields and crops to promote optimal growth.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in farm work or related field is preferred.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

- Knowledge of animal care practices and procedures.

- Familiarity with greenhouse operations is a plus.

- Proficiency in operating and maintaining farm machinery.

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
