Legacy Healing Center Ohio is searching for the most qualified, empathic, compassionate, energetic, and passionate addiction professionals in the industry to provide comprehensive care for our clients. Duties:

• Assist in providing supervision for the overall program and support staff.
• Collaborate with the Facilities on transportation issues, concerns and problems.
• Map out transportation routes to facilitate transportation.
• Responsible for van maintenance and repair to assure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Complete and maintain: Vehicle Reserve and Check-Out Logs, Vehicle Transportation Logs, Weekly Pre-Trip Inspection Reports, Vehicle Maintenance Repair Request Forms, and Vehicle Fleet Preventative Maintenance Checklists.
• Operate vehicles in a safe manner in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
• Maintain good driving record per DMV; demonstrates knowledge of DMV Rules and Regulations.
• Maintain safety of the physical environment (vehicles).
• Monitor unauthorized entry of visitors on property.
• Develop a daily structure for clients.
• Develop a weekly structure for the clients.
• Monitor clients on frequent basis and keep constant count of client.
• Demonstrates willingness to accept responsibility
• Completes all tasks with concern for work quality
• Being sensitive to Cultural Issues of a patient.
• Ability of competency and understanding to Addition based on their job position

Experience:

• Minimum of one-year of experience in a management role overseeing Substance Abuse facility operations
• Minimum of one-year experience driving company vehicles; must possess and maintain a good driving record verifiable through Department of Motor Vehicles
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex facility issues
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
