SummaryLegacy Health Services is a dynamic is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the operations in the company’s accounts payable department.Oversee invoice management, which may include entering invoices into the system, verification, and approving disbursements to other departments.Reconcile payments from vendors and ensure timely and accurate payment of invoicesMaintain good relationships with vendors, suppliers, clients, lenders, shareholders, and employees through friendly communication and on-time paymentsAnalyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyDevelop and maintain accounts payable policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulationsTrain and hire department staff, and maintain accurate financial, client, and staff recordEnsure the accuracy of financial reports, statements, payment transactions, and other documentationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable management.Strong financial knowledge, including understanding of financial concepts, taxation, invoicing, and budgeting.Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors, suppliers, business partners, management, and other employees.Attention to detail for reviewing, verifying, and analyzing financial documentation.Proven leadership abilities to motivate and encourage team members toward mutual goals.Legacy Health Services offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, live and 401(k) with company match.
