Floating Visit Nurse - Making a Difference:

• Play a vital role in our company's growth and be flexible in providing care to overflow clients in various areas.
• Administer prescribed medications with precision and safety, ensuring proper dosages and adherence to medication schedules.
• Offer specialized wound care and treatment to patients with acute or chronic wounds, assessing healing progress and implementing infection prevention measures for optimal recovery.
• Empower patients and their families through health education, guiding them on managing chronic conditions and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient assessments, care plans, and interventions, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team for coordinated care.

Floating Visit Nurse - Qualifications:

• Active nursing license in the state of Minnesota.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to drive within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Clinical experience, preferably in home care or related fields.
• Strong assessment and care planning skills.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
