The role reports directly to Legacy's Executive Team, including the Executive Chairman of the Board, and will provide the right candidate significant exposure and public-company experience.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development for two manufactured housing subdivision projects in Adkins and San Antonio, Texas. The projects are multi-year endeavors and represent a significant Legacy investment. This is a career opportunity for the right candidate. The position is flexible, and relocation assistance is available. Key responsibilities include:

· securing approval, permits, and final tract/plat acceptance from government agencies and/or regulatory authorities;

· managing vendors and contractors;

· ensuring work is performed in accordance with plans, permits, regulations, schedules, and bids; and,

· developing a marketing strategy for the community.

Minimum qualifications include:

· a Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university.

· the ability to pass a background check which may include employment, credit, criminal, and/or educational histories.

· some land and/or community development experience (experience with manufactured housing is not required).
