We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our team and support our clients. The successful candidate will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. They will also be responsible for providing companionship and emotional support to clients and helping them maintain a safe and healthy environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a compassionate and CARING ATTITUDE IS A MUST!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with (light housekeeping tasks), such as (laundry) and (meal preparation).
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or other activities outside the home.
• Report any comments or concerns to the Company Care Coordinator.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care, patient care, or assisted living, and possess strong caregiving skills.

Duties:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- medication reminders as directed by our team coordinator

- Implement behavior management strategies to support clients with challenging behaviors

- Support individuals in daily routines and activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in caregiving or a related field

- Knowledge of medication reminders and adherence to care plans

- Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs, including those with Dementia

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, families, and Team professionals

- Understanding of home care systems and protocols related to patient care
