Our client, a small local government agency located in Washington County, seeks an experienced financial professional to lead their accounting & finance department.
ABBREVIATED LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Most of their funds come from 80 grants, so grant experience is a MUST HAVE
Grant reporting, budgets, payroll, process improvement, strategic planning
CPA preferred
Strong Excel and systems skills
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial leadership role
