Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in estimating HVAC projects, accurately forecasting costs, and preparing comprehensive proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize industry expertise and technical knowledge to accurately estimate the cost of HVAC projects including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to develop detailed cost estimates and proposals that meet client requirements and align with company standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and pricing fluctuations to ensure competitive and cost-effective pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand project scope, objectives, and budgetary constraints, providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Mentor and coach junior staff members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional development and growth within the organization.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and excellence, emphasizing the importance of adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the HVAC industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership qualities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
