Legacy Staffing Associates, Fort Lauderdale's premier legal recruitment agency, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales/Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team.

Come be part of our growth and legacy! In this exciting position, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our sales growth and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing a team of Legal Recruiters, and exceeding ambitious revenue targets. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Legal Recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass revenue goals. 
• Identify and cultivate leads within the legal market.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific legal staffing needs.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations to showcase Legacy Staffing Associates' value proposition. 
• Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and manage sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications: 

• 3 years of successful sales management experience required, preferably within the staffing industry. 
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong leadership abilities with a coaching and mentoring mindset. 
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
