Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to support our Reno, NV facility. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading associates with daily operations and managing the receiving, inventory, and quality control process of all merchandise. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

• Monday through Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm
• Starting pay is $22.00 per hour

What to expect as a Team Lead:

• Assists and leads assigned activities associated with warehouse operations.
• Responsible for managing the processes of receiving, inventory, and quality control of all merchandise.
• Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and establishing updating existing work procedures and practices.
• Assist with determining staffing levels and assigning workload; to include training and cross-training of warehouse staff.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3-5 years warehouse/distribution experience strongly preferred in Lead or Inventory roles.
• Detail oriented with ability to demonstrate skill in business analysis, and/or a track record in executing company standards successfully.
• Ability to effectively communicate, interact and convey business decisions with many different levels within the organization.
• Ability/willing to become power equipment certified.
• General math skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, supply chain management, logistics, customer service, reporting, system analysis, equipment and warehouse functionality.
• Proven success in maintaining quality, service and client relationships in a high-paced setting.
• Experience working in team oriented, multi-shift environment.
• Strong computer skills with proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; WMS experience strongly preferred.
