**Compensation:**

- **Hourly Rate:** $25 per hour

- **Commission:** 4% on sales

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Tree Service Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing tree service needs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either tree work or estimating tree services, coupled with a solid understanding of industry standards and safety practices.

**Qualifications:**

- 3-5 years of experience in tree work or estimating tree services.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking estimates.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
