WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
The typical schedule for this facilities management role is Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm . You'll also be on call and available as repairs are needed.
As the Maintenance Director, you're responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our vibrant 246-unit senior living community. Being part of the leadership team, you have the opportunity to manage a team of maintenance technicians and oversee various tasks such as filling nail holes, touch-up paint, and other repairs. You also have the responsibility of ensuring that the HVAC filters are changed, the fire protection and safety systems are well maintained, and that resident and community work orders are completed in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, you schedule and oversee the overnight attendant. You love the feeling of creating a safe space for our amazing senior living residents!
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
The skills needed for this facilities management position are:

• Ability to be in the building during the hours requested and to be on call

Licensure as a plumber, HVAC technician, electrician, or other trade is preferred but not required.
