THE INS AND OUTSThe ScheduleYou typically work every other Wednesday from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and every other Saturday from 1:00 pm - 6:30 pm. There may be some flexibility to pick up additional shifts throughout the week.
Your RoleAs our Rehab Receptionist, you're the friendly voice that answers the phone and the smiling face that greets visitors. In this fast-paced clerical environment, you handle our multi-line phone system, direct calls to the appropriate department, and provide excellent customer service. You warmly greet patients and their families and assist them however you can. Attentive to detail, you manage various clerical tasks and take on other duties as needed to contribute to smooth and seamless workdays!
Our Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Experience with computers and programs like Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively manage your time
- Ability to communicate with customers and lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and an outgoing personality
