Job Title: Convenience Store Supervisor
Location: Scottsbluff, NE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Supervisor to join our team in Scottsbluff, NE. As a Convenience Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, including managing a team of cashiers and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Manage gasoline station sales and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Conduct regular audits to ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Create schedules for cashiers and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of gasoline station management and sales
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
