We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Location Manager to join our team in Torrington, WY. As the Location Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our agricultural and feed operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural/feed operations management, and logistics management, with a proven track record of success in team management, facility management, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including managing logistics, inventory, and resources
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations and inventory
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in ag business, or operations management & logistics, or a minimum of 5 years of experience and/or training.
- Strong knowledge of logistics management and supply chain operations
- Experience in agriculture sales and administration is a plus
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
