As a Dunkin' General Manager, you will lead, coach, manage and develop your team. You will focus on brand standards in food safety, recipes, and systems, as well as financial responsibility in labor and food cost.

To Qualify for this position, you must:

* Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience; 3-5 years preferred.

* Be at least 18 years old.

* Have a high school diploma or GED/equivalent.

* Quick service restaurant experience preferred, but not required.

* Be willing to be flexible in scheduling based on business and team needs and trends.

* ServSafe certification preferred, but not required.
