• Must be dependable and available from 8 : 30 am-5 : 30 pm , Monday through Friday
• Great organizational skills
• Duties and responsibilities
• Training to be a case manager in their pre-suit department
• Gathering records
• Follow up phone calls to clients
• Client intake
