A well-respected personal injury law firm seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented records administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of all medical records. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and move into a paralegal position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, utilizing computerized systems to ensure the integrity of our records.
- Utilize computerized systems to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and distributing documents.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring that the office is fully stocked and organized.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Request medical records, scanning and distributing incoming records, and various administrative duties
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with computerized systems, including scheduling software and client management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
