- Retrieve and review documents relevant to litigation cases
- Conduct factual investigations and detailed analysis
- Apply relevant industry rules and regulations to case evaluations
- Communicate directly with clients to gather and relay information
- Produce comprehensive written evaluative reports and recommendations
- J.D. or significant paralegal experience
- Superior oral, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Highly resourceful with the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously
